The Marketing Specialist is responsible for researching market conditions and competitor information, gathering information to determine potential sales of a product or service, planning a marketing or advertising campaigns, managing and improving the website and social media platforms, and customer relationship management.
Key Result Areas:
Provide management with information and proposals concerning the development and execution of marketing or advertising campaigns for company products or services.
Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product and service demand.
Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies.
Measure and assess customer satisfaction.
Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data.
Manage the website and all available online platforms of the company.
Seek and provide information to help companies determine their position in the marketplace.
Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.
Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution.
Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.
Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text.
Develop and implement procedures for identifying advertising needs.
Monitor industry statistics and follow trends in trade literature.
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Marketing, or related fields
With at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
