Job Description


How Will You Make an Impact? The LSLPG Marketing Specialist will support the Life Sciences and Laboratory Products Group (LSLPG) and Life Sciences divisional businesses, targeting key accounts (KOL) engagement and end-consumer markets for Singapore (SG) and Southeast Asia (SEA) regions. In this role, the individual is responsible for the conceptualization, creative design & development, marketing campaign communication & execution and operational improvement projects that have an impact on organization growth. The Marketing Specialist will increase the visibility of our products and services, lead generation and drive growth through omni-channels. The candidate will use marketing campaigns to attract, engage and convert customers in an environment where you can make a difference - to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer. What will you do?

  • Develop and execute the data-driven and impactful marketing communication campaigns, (including events, editorial copywriting, promotional materials, giveaways, product launch packages, product literature, e-mail campaigns, advertising), that drive revenue growth, lead generation and brand awareness
  • Collaborate with regional product marketing, marketing communications, digital marketing, sales, SEA channels and cross-functional teams – to be the main contact point and execute and measure marketing campaigns that deliver awareness, engagement and pipeline
  • Provides the planning, conceptualizing to execution of Tradeshow & Events exhibition, conference meetings and virtual educational webinars – including the marketing materials (banners, booths, collaterals, pre/post engagement tactics) and regional sales meetings
  • Accountable for all marketing & branding communication projects and operational tasks from idealization, creative visual design, content development, launch to maintenance and continuous improvement – to be the brand ambassador
  • Measure and report performance to track campaign results and uncover relevant insights, content gaps, and opportunities for purposeful dialogue with targeted market segments
  • Oversee and supports the marketing operational, processes & productivity improvement functions for marketing leads processing, marcom merchandising material & gifts supplies, logistics arrangement, vendors & trade audit, procurement compliance, campaign redemption, budget management
  • Liaise with and manage digital, creative & merchandising agency relationships, day-to-day production, as well as campaign schedules, aligning with a planned calendar
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members, ensuring their career development & support
  • Analyze customer needs and address their feedback to improve future campaign development, asset regionalization and deployment
  • Stay up to date with marketing trends and best practices.
How will you get here? Education
  • Recognized Degree required, preferably in marketing, communications, digital, business
Experience
  • 5 years of work experience in Marketing
  • Familiar with one or more technology and technological applications: Microsoft Office, InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Survey Monkey, Eloqua and Salesforce
  • Strong Communication Skills which can be applied to internal and customer communication, copywriting
  • Proven track record of creating, optimizing and reinventing campaigns to constantly improve results
  • Experience in coaching a team

  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
  • Experience in a fast-paced commercial environment and prioritize workload effectively
  • Demonstrated experience working across multiple organizations to successful completion of project
