Job Description
Your new company You will be part of a global logistic and supply chain company who is one of the biggest player in the industry with presence all over the world Your new role As the Marketing Specialist, you are required but not limited to:
- Responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns and programs to achieve revenue growth
- Key person for analyzing customer data to develop actionable insights to identify gaps in the user lifecycle and translate them into campaign plans
- Develop campaign briefs that communicates with all aspects of business
- Monitor, measure and report on the performance of customer communications
- Responsible in designing and conducting A/B test for optimization
- Develop and monitor marketing calendar and timelines
- Manage 3rd party creative agencies to ensure strong and accurate delivery capabilities
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or related discipline
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in pure B2B or experience in both B2C and B2B marketing role
- Strong experience in lifecycle marketing in B2B or B2C with proven track record through multi-channel campaigns
- Good understanding of data-driven lifecycle marketing, customer acquisitions and retention experimentation
- Proven record in handling large amounts of data as well as analytical work
- Strong familiarity in using MarTech tools (ideally Marketo, Hubspot)
