With the fast-changing landscape in Education and the rapid evolution of digital, we are seeking for a Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team.
How can you make an impact? We are looking for a Marketing Specialist based in our Singapore Office. In this role, supporting Asia, you will be responsible to co-ordinate and executing marketing activities for McGraw Hill\xe2\x80\x99s new and existing products. You will develop and maintain content and communications for marketing campaigns, activities, and events.
Successful candidates will have the following experience:

• Co-ordinate and execute marketing activities for McGraw Hill\xe2\x80\x99s new and existing products
• Develop and maintain content and communications for marketing campaigns, activities and events
• Co-ordinate requirements for promotional material (premiums, banners, etc) as defined by the Head of Marketing, Asia, including production and management of physical premiums
• Assist with copywriting, artwork, and web workflow for planned print and digital marketing
• communications
• Organise and manage events and associated campaigns such as annual Growth Summits
• Support the Marketing team by co-ordinating and collating content tosupport campaigns.
• Assist with the maintenance of the web operations system, Magento. Be proactive and review functionality, workflow, and updating landing pages
• Maintain up to date archives of all marketing files on Microsoft Sharepoint
• Assist with content management upkeep including shared drives and content libraries
• Keep up to date with industry specific trends and activities that are utilized to communicate with customers
• Carry out other related tasks as required

• Exemplary oral and written communication skills, including the ability to concisely present project deliverables
• 5+ years of experience, including some level of technical expertise
• Experience working with sales and marketing teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Suite of software solutions
• You are team-centric.
• You\'re a self-starter, willing to read and watch in order to learn.
• Ability to work successfully with little guidance
