About the job:
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Marketing Specialist professional who can work independently and assist the business. This role will work closely with the Singapore Joint Replacement Clinical Education and Sales team. What you will be doing: Marketing support coordination
  • Manage all aspect of logistic work for a successful marketing event, including sending invitations and follow-up, agenda, booking, catering and liaison with vendors.
  • Keep track of event finances including check requests, invoicing, and reporting in coordination with local finance.
  • Manage approval process for all marketing related events according to Stryker compliance policy.
  • Support franchise managers to manage & procure for marketing collateral and promotional materials.
  • Support the set-up and coordinate on product training.
  • Support system related process and any marketing related activity as required
Provide general administrative support to sales team, including:
  • Support to customers, dealers & team members in routine administration work.
  • Document filing & preparation including quotations, bids & tenders, contracts, SOP.
  • Meeting arrangements & meeting minutes/follow up.
  • Maintain & update CRM database.
  • Periodical collection and payment of regulatory affairs documents
  • Manage product demo room – include product labelling, tracking, record keeping, according to audit requirement.
  • Support sales team on commissioning of new loan kit and set list creation
  • Update and maintain active set list for instruments sets and mobile kits accordance to QA requirement.
Who are we looking for:
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Proactive and having the ability to multi-task whilst maintaining a high level of attention to details.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple deliverables.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • Ability to drive initiatives across internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work autonomously to deliver a defined outcome
  • Min 1 - 2 years of professional work experience with future runway to grow their career within the business
  • Excellent communication skills.
