The User Growth team plays a core role in the acquisition, activation, and retention of billions of users through our globally popular products such as TikTok, Resso, CapCut, Helo, etc. We are building platforms, leveraging data & ML models, and providing end-to-end solutions to power the global growth of ByteDance products. Typical growth projects include paid ads, referrals, notifications, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the growth of ByteDance's global products; Build supplier ecology, algorithm capabilities, and strategies to establish a new model of marketing growth;
  • Establish the collaboration structure of humans and tools & algorithms to change the format of the marketing industry and significantly improve the production efficiency of marketing content;
  • Find breakthroughs and further leverage tool capacities in various new growth channels.
  • Responsible for the planning and design of user growth marketing platforms to support the growth of ByteDance's global products;
  • Connect with various overseas media channels; Deliver marketing platforms, product and marketing data to increase overall marketing efficiency and effects; Responsible for the overall marketing outcomes;
  • From the perspectives of business and platform, continuously iterate and improve both business processes and product capacities to increase efficiency and process excellence;
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to drive efficient launch of projects; Manage and ensure product qualities and impacts.

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years working experience, 5+ years management experience;
  • 5+ years of experience in growth strategy products, 5+ years of experience in platform tools and products;
  • Familiar with the gameplay of advertising and red envelope/coupon incentives;
  • In-depth understanding of marketing systems and related algorithms; have thorough comprehension and insights into Internet marketing; have clear judgment and rapid learning ability;
  • Goal-oriented, with structured, clear and meticulous logical thinking ability; sensitive to data, can uncover problems and propose solutions through data analysis;
  • Have strong communication, coordination and project management capabilities; can effectively organize and drive the implementation of projects in cross-functional environments;
  • 3+ years entrepreneurial experience is preferred.
