Job Description


The Marketing Support Executive will be an integral member of the Marketing Department, working closely with the marketing teams within the company as well as on managing Consumer Care & Engagement activities.

Marketing Support

  • Assist in the day-to-day executions for the assigned brands.
  • Provide regular competitive & market update/analysis & recommendations.
  • Conduct post promotion evaluation & suggest improvements for future trade plans.
  • Assist to track and consolidate A&P budgets.
Consumer Care & Engagement
  • Ensure communication platforms are up to date i.e. website.
  • Management of consumer database, brand related inquiries, as well as end to end sample & sponsorship requests & fulfilment.
  • Monthly sample forecast & inventory management.
  • Prepare monthly consumer care report.
  • Propose ways to improve the consumer care & engagement operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of FMCG Marketing or Trade Marketing experience. Fresh Graduate welcome to apply.
  • Able to juggle multiple projects within tight deadlines, work well under pressure, & excel in a fast pace working environment.
  • Positive working attitude. Self-motivated & proactive with a high level of commitment.
  • Able to work independently as well as interact with people from all levels.
  • Excellent command of written & spoken English.
