Plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for owned initiatives
Drive successful delivery of initiatives through end-to-end project leadership, and collaboration with business partners, product teams, technology groups, suppliers, and customers (internal and external)
Participating in client facing discussions and workshops to socialise delivery strategy and roadmap as required
Management of risk and issues. Proactive tracking of project risks and issues with the ability to dive into detail to better understand and challenge, ensuring appropriate mitigation & remedial plans are in place
Work closely with senior delivery managers to ensure value stream remains on track for delivery, escalating as appropriate and collaboratively work to resolve risks & issues as they arise.
Management of multiple senior stakeholder groups to ensure they are updated on latest delivery roadmap, seeking support for any risks / issues that require senior leadership support
Facilitate and present project updates in multiple forums including Steering Committees
Understand and be able to explain to business stakeholders the benefits the solutions being implemented through the value stream bring
Encourage a positive, collaborative working environment across disciplines and teams to ensure strong alignment
Actively encourage and promote adoption of agile and innovative ways of working
Identify opportunities to improve ways of working through regular retrospectives and engagement with project teams and partner functions
Regional Rationale:
Enables closer time zone coverage with APAC client base to facilitates client sessions, workshops and timely communications
Enables the transition of MarketSpace in the wider DDI team & business framework through onsite collaboration with the Head of DDI, situated in Singapore to ensure a seamless transition and adaptation of aligned ways of working
Increased cross over in time zone to foster increase collaboration and connectivity with wider cross functional teams based in Singapore and Hong Kong to agiley progress our digital roadmap agenda
Ability to act a bridge between prioritization and the voice of the client within our book of work with colleagues in the wider Product Delivery function
Facilitates in-depth involvement in strategic digital use cases & key initiatives deliveries centralized out of the Singapore market
