Position Summary:

This individual will work as part of the warehouse team to coordinate and consolidate inventory to support the order fulfillment for all product line under minimal supervision. It involves being part of a small team in the operation execution of department responsibilities and drive process improvements, in compliance with established standard procedures.

Position Responsibilities:

Support and drive work safety practices with a safety-first mindset.

Perform physical and administrative tasks involved in general warehouse activities under general supervision including picking, put-away, packing, unpacking, loading, unloading according to material requirements.

Verify material accuracy and to conduct research and resolve discrepancies and issues. And quality check for damaged goods, and segregate inventory following standard quality and non-conformance processes.

Pack material according to procedure, including handling of packing supplies, corrugated boxes, coolers, gel packs and dry ice.

Fulfil and process multiple orders through ERP system via RF scanner or manual input.

Ensure inventory accuracy through proper inventory transfers, correct material labeling, bins audits and cycle counts.

Segregate short dated and expired materials, and coordinate and execute scrap requests.

Address inventory or work area concerns with the appropriate individuals or groups.

Work with materials in ambient, cold and frozen temperature environments.

Operate and work with heavy equipment such as pallet jacks and lifting equipment Linde L14 and T20.

Maintain organization of work areas through 6S (Sort, Straighten, Standardize, Shine, Sustain, Safety).

Liaise with colleagues in the Manufacturing, Planning, Purchasing, Customer Service and Finance departments to support daily operations.

Facilitate material transfers by generating reports through ERP system and ensuring proper execution of movement.

Research and correct inventory variances and issues.

Identify areas of concern and root cause of inventory discrepancies and take part in related process improvements.

Receiving Functions (General):

To verify and receive inbound shipments.

To adhere on requirements and perform material/documentation inspection.

To assist on the system issue and closure of internal requisition requests.

To collect scrap and quarantined materials from requestors.

To ensure proper handling of materials/products and the integrity of data capture into ERP system.

KPI measurement of role is to ensure 2 days TAT is met.

To assist and perform not only primary but secondary functions as well when required.

Additional training would be provided for all in-house systems.

Picking and Topping up Functions (General):

To perform picking for work orders.

To perform topping up per Kanban requirements.

To coordinate and work hand in hand with Planners/Manufacturing.

To ensure proper handling of materials/products and the integrity of data capture into ERP system.

KPI measurement of role is to ensure that there is no line down situation.

To assist and perform not only primary but secondary functions as well when required.

Additional training would be provided for all in-house systems.

Cycle Count Functions (General):

To perform cycle counts as scheduled.

To perform reconciliation of count discrepancies.

To coordinate counts and work hand in hand with Inventory Control.

To assist on the system issue and closure of external requisition requests.

To collect scrap and quarantined materials from requestors.

To ensure proper handling of materials/products and the integrity of data capture into ERP system.

To maintain the KPI measurement of 0 past aging.

To assist and perform not only primary but secondary functions as well when required.

Additional training would be provided for all in-house systems.

Shipping Functions (General):

To verify and collect of completed work orders from manufacturing.

To verify and perform pick/pack operations.

To coordinate work with Logistics and to ensure committed volumes are released to forwarders on time.

To ensure proper handling of materials/products and the integrity of data capture ERP system.

To meet KPI measurement on OTC.

To assist and perform not only primary but secondary functions as well when required.

Additional training would be provided for all in-house systems.

Position Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 Warehouse working experience.

Working computer literacy using ERP systems, Microsoft spreadsheet and word processing software, storekeeping and inventory control procedures are required.

Basic verbal and written communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Ability to interface well with cross-functional teammates.

All listed requirements are deemed as essential functions to this position; however, business conditions may require reasonable accommodations for additional task and responsibilities.

Preferred Experience/Education/Skills:

Preferably to be familiar with GMP\xe2\x80\x99s, product specifications incoming inspection procedures.

Typically requires general education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training; or equivalent.

Secondary school education with or without N/O levels, NITEC or equivalent.
