Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College graduate of Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- At least 1 year working experience related in planning and inventory control
- Good in oral and written communication
- With ability in industrial engineering
- Checks material availability for the received of PO
- Reviews material requirement prior scheduling production
- Properly allocate and schedules product per machine, aligned with customer delivery commitment.
- Create OS for production reference.
- Ensures capacity loading are maximized and considers minimum order for efficient run.
- Analyzes material and product movement.
- Escalates as it happens internal uses, constraints, bottleneck that may hinder planned output versus actual.
- Provides report on the re-order plan and customer PO balances vs. FG available stock
