We are seeking an MBA Intern to work directly with the Founder and Chief of Staff to drive and accelerate key strategic initiatives. Position Overview:
As an MBA Intern at PRISM+ , you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast paced setting. You will work closely with our Chief of Staff to clean up management accounts, create accurate forecasts and financial plans, and assist in the development of investor presentations. This role is an excellent opportunity for MBA candidates looking to apply their skills and knowledge in a real-world business setting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Review, organise and analyse financial statements and data to develop financial forecasts; assist with tax planning and balance sheet optimisation
• Fundraising and M&A: Research potential targets for fundraising and/or M&A, prepare pitch decks, assist with deal execution and post-merger integration
• Strategic Partnerships and Business Development: Identify high-value and high-impact partners, develop relationships and negotiate win-win partnerships
• New Business Incubation: PRISM+ is always looking to identify gaps in the market to grow complementary businesses - if there\'s a good opportunity, your mission is to perform competitive analysis, develop a business plan, and execute!
• Product Strategy and Roadmap: Perform competitive analysis and benchmarking, size the market to priorities product categories, source and negotiate with product suppliers, develop go-to-market strategy

• Currently enrolled in an MBA program or a recent MBA graduate with a focus on finance, accounting, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with financial data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in finance or accounting is a plus.
