M&e Coordinator ($3000 $3500/aws/vb)

Job Description
$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and management of all M&E works
- Ensure all M&E works are performing on time, within budget and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
- Responsible for the supervision and coordination of M&E works at project site
- Understand Main Contract /Subcontract requirement Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with requirements
- Prepare structural penetration shop-drawing for approval Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers to issue drawing for approval
- Work with various teams to develop a statement of work.
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Any other duties assigned
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Technical/Mechanical/Electrical industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
