M&e Coordinator ($3000 $4000/aws/vb)

Job Description
$4K + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: North
Responsibilities
- Check all drawings and provisions pertaining to M&E works
- Co-ordinate all M&E sub-contractors\' work
- Ensure and check all M&E works conform to relevant authorities requirements
- Assist Quantity Surveyor in measuring work done
- Co-ordinate for the commissioning and testing of all M&E works.
- Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes, minimize environmental impact associated with the construction activities
- Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Diploma/ Degree in Electrical / Mechanical or its equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Industrial/Commercial and Institutional projects is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
