System Maintenance:

Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve technical issues within the M&E systems, ensuring their smooth and efficient operation.
Supervision:
Coordinate and supervise M&E installation and maintenance work, often involving contractors and service providers.
Inspections:
Conduct regular physical inspections to assess facility performance and ensure all systems function correctly.
Reporting:
Create and submit detailed reports on maintenance activities, progress, and technical issues to clients and management.
Coordination:
Work collaboratively with clients, facilities teams, and contractors to address technical issues and manage projects.
Education:
A minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building/Facilities Engineering is usually required.
Experience:
A strong background in facilities maintenance operations is often a plus, though specific requirements vary by role.
Technical Knowledge:
Proficiency in M&E systems, including HVAC, electrical wiring, plumbing, and lighting.
Problem-Solving:
