Job Description
The M&E Manager is responsible for the full coordination of M&E services; lead our own in-house M&E Site Agent and Coordinators in ensuring smooth installation and well maintenance of the project.
A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:
- Involve in project management and contract administration of project
- Identify key design and delivery issues / solutions or risks
- Provide technical support and assistance to building infrastructure and facilities upgrading and renovation projects
- Engage contractors in delivering new built, upgrading and renovation projects
- Establish and maintain good relationship with clients / developers, sub-contractor and suppliers
Value Add of Position
- Knowledge in BIM for design coordination
- Understand and participate in the implementation of Virtual Design Construction (VDC) concept
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University
- Experience: Minimum 15 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Mechanical & Electrical services from A1 main contractor
