Coordinate and manage M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) works across multiple project sites.
Liaise with site supervisors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare and review quotations, project documentation, and progress reports.
Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Support project manager in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Requirements:
Diploma / Nitec / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in M&E / construction industry (site & quotation experience preferred).
Able to read drawings and understand M&E installation works.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Independent, proactive, and willing to travel between sites.
Possess Class 3 driving license will be an advantage.
Working Hours:
5 days work week (Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm)
Occasional site support when required
Salary:
* S$2,500 - S$3,500 (depending on experience)
