Manage the overall planning, scheduling, and execution of assigned M&E construction projects
Coordinate and oversee the work of cross-functional teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Identify and mitigate potential risks, implementing effective control measures
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, troubleshooting issues as they arise
Monitor project progress, reporting on key metrics and milestones to senior management
Promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety protocols
Requirement:
Degree in Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 6 years' experience in a project management role within the construction industry
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex M&E construction projects, preferably in the commercial or industrial sectors
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction methods, materials, and building systems
Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure
Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control procedures
