M&e Technician (building Facilities Maintenance) ($2500 $3500/aws/vb)

Job Description
$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: CBDResponsibilities
- Inspection of buildings, M&E equipment and any non-compliance under authority\'s requirement and guidelines of fire safety, workplace, health and safety standards.
- Conduct troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of M&E systems and building defects such as ACMV, fire protection, plumbing & sanitary, electrical, lightings, etc.
- Report on maintenance issues and supervise contractors in preventive maintenance, corrective actions and improvement works carried out by contractors.
- Attend and rectify tenant feedback and complaints.
- Handing over of premises to new tenants.
- Conduct joint inspection with tenant during handing/ taking over of leased areas.
- Overseeing security officers and cleaners.
- Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by Management.
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Maintenance, Facility or M&E Technician in building maintenance or facilities management industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
