Coordinate and ensure that MC requirements are rolled out to Suppliers in KOM
Review major vendor packages / semi-modules ITR process concept (ITRs atvendor works)
Independently deals with vendors and sub-contractor with regards to commentsor queries on completions database deliverables and provide solutions to thequeries raised.
Management of review Tag registers issued by Engineering and resolvecomments with Engineering team.
Coordinate with MC team for Review & Population of Tags and ITR assignmentin Completion Management System,
Coordinate with MC team to Validate system ITR & certificate assignments
Coordinate with MC team for timely issuance of ITRs to execution team
Responsible to Plan & coordinate CMS training & Completions Process Roll outto project team including subcontractors.
Coordinate with MC Team for Review of piping test pack registers issued by site QAQC to resolve comments with QAQC Department.
Coordinate with MC Team Review piping joint ID registers issued by site QAQCand resolve comments with QAQC dept.
Review Project management of changes and update database accordingly.
Interact with other engineering department for obtaining engineering and specificvendor documents & details.
Coordinate with Project Controls team to Populate MC & commissioning completion schedule dates in Database and Prepare weekly MC & Punch listreports from CMS and support construction meetings.
Oversea day to day ITR & Punch list update in CMS by MC and Support site QAQC as required.
Coordinate Supplier FAT phase punch items for successful completion.
Responsible for planning and organizing Punch walkdown at various gateways &initiate Certificate Sign off.
Prepares the lessons learnt & share the information to all members.
To support in developing project deliverables as per project & client requirement
Coordinate Archiving of Project Handover documents (ITRs, Certificate,Commissioning Procedures, Registers etc) in Document management System
Prepare & Review of company development work methodology / procedures for EPCI execution and CAPEX estimation.
Perform duties as per directives of reporting authority.
Day to Day coordination with CMS provider with respect to database performance and issues
Manage discipline and cohesive environment in the office. Monitor / Guide all MC engineers/assistants/administrators.
Participates in meetings with the project team to review progress and addresses interface/implementation/execution issues where necessary based on the standard procedures, practices and lessons learnt from past projects to ensure that the project proceeds timely and smoothly.
Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
Day to day Planning of work, Manage schedule & targets of the project asrequired.
Disciplined in time management and independent in handling/prioritizing complexwork requirements within the project\xe2\x80\x99s stringent timelines.
Willingness to work and train others in a team environment, assisting other multi-cultural and interdepartmental team members
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering with 14 to 17 years work experience (or) Master Degree in Engineering with 12 to 15 years work experience with minimum of 9 years work experience in onshore/offshore Oil & Gas area or FPSO line(s). Also Diploma in Engineering with 17 to 20 years work experience (making the equivalent to degree) can also be considered
Ability to define concepts of completion process.
Proficient in using & directing the use of MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, Company\xe2\x80\x99s online databasesand understands the relevant information interface between databases as per departmenttraining matrix in order to utilize them when preparing commissioning deliverables.
Shows evidence of good Organizing / Management skills.
Demonstrate ability to take lead.
Good communication skill.
