We are seeking a

Mechanical & Electrical Engineer

to join our team for

construction projects

in the

Building and Construction

industry, with a focus on site-based roles located in

Central

. This

permanent position

offers a

5.5-day workweek

(Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday, 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM) with a competitive salary package, including

. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced engineers to manage and oversee M&E works in construction projects, ensuring timely and quality completion.

What You'll Be Doing

Coordinate and manage all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works across project sites. Supervise M&E activities to ensure they align with schedules, budgets, and compliance with standards, safety regulations, and codes of practice. Address general on-site technical and engineering matters, ensuring quality checks and adherence to specifications. Monitor project progress, workmanship quality, and ensure all M&E systems meet required standards. Review and adjust M&E designs and project drawings to ensure they meet specifications and guidelines. Provide technical clarifications for project specifications as needed. Prepare structural penetration shop drawings for necessary approvals. Develop and maintain M&E coordination drawings, collaborating with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers to secure approvals. Keep accurate records of M&E drawings and related documentation. Attend technical and site meetings with consultants to ensure smooth project execution. Oversee the implementation of M&E systems such as ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing, Sanitary, and related systems. Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

At least

3 years of experience

in M&E coordination and supervision within the construction industry. Strong knowledge and experience with

ACMV

,

Electrical

,

Plumbing

, and

Sanitary systems

. Proficient in interpreting and preparing M&E drawings and technical documentation. Must have prior experience working with a

main contractor

in the construction industry.
