About the Roles

We are looking for a Mechanical & Electrical Engineer (Construction Projects) to join a

main contractor within the building and construction sector

. This is a

permanent position

based at

central project sites

, operating on a

5.5-day work schedule (Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm; Saturday, 8:30am-12:30pm)

. The role offers a competitive package comprising

What You'll Be Doing

Coordinate and manage all Mechanical & Electrical works across assigned construction projects. Supervise and monitor on-site M&E activities to ensure proper execution and coordination. Ensure M&E works are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations. Handle on-site technical and engineering matters, including inspections and quality checks. Track project progress, workmanship standards, and compliance with approved specifications. Review and coordinate M&E design and project drawings to ensure alignment with requirements and guidelines. Examine project specifications and provide technical clarifications when necessary. Prepare structural penetration shop drawings for submission and approval. Develop and maintain M&E coordination drawings, liaising with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers to obtain approvals. Maintain proper records and documentation of all M&E drawings and revisions. Attend site coordination and technical meetings with consultants and relevant stakeholders. Oversee ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing, Sanitary, and other related M&E systems on site. Perform additional duties as assigned to support project needs.

What We're Looking For

At least 3 years of relevant experience in M&E coordination and site supervision. Solid technical background in ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing, and Sanitary systems. Strong ability to interpret, review, and prepare M&E drawings accurately. Prior working experience with a main contractor in construction projects.
