Job Title: Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) ManagerOur Client: Our client\'s Engineering & Construction Business Unit is a global leader in large-scale infrastructure projects, specializing in high-rise buildings, civil engineering, plant construction, and urban development. The division is known for its technological expertise, innovation in sustainable building practices, and ability to deliver complex projects across various sectors including energy, transportation, and industrial plants worldwide.This role involves managing and coordinating the design and installation of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) services for MRT projects, ensuring smooth communication with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, technical coordination, and quality control of M&E works, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.The Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate M&E design works with consultants, ensuring alignment with MRT project requirements
• Collaborate with LTA, SWCs, and relevant authorities for the development of CCSM and M&E designs
• Review and interpret specifications, terms, drawings, and ensure budget approval from relevant authorities
• Plan and technically coordinate the installation of M&E services
• Supervise on-site installation works, liaising with consultants, subcontractors, and the site operations team
• Coordinate design approvals and work permissions with authorities
• Ensure subcontractors\' M&E works are on schedule and meet quality standards
• Ensure compliance with construction procedures and safety standards, overseeing site tests and inspections

The Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience, including a minimum of two LTA MRT underground projects
• Proficiency in BIM software and AutoCAD is advantageous
• Experience in drafting tender specifications
• Strong communication, written, and analytical skills
