Advice and lead the technical investigations for rectification works Liaise and manage contractors on behalf of client for rectification works. Investigate, analyze and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectively Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals Carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned Ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance works Mentor and guide the technical officer skills Assist the Facilities Manager in liaising with client for all works related to the system in-charge Plan and execute the yearly maintenance schedule Requirement Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3 years of relevant FM experience Good communication skills, positive mindset Hardworking and able to multi-task Customer service oriented mindset Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour Please send your CV with current and expected salaries as well as availability.
