You will be assisting in providing engineering and technical expertise; produce project and tender deliverables. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Support in defining project scope, schedule and resources \xc2\xb7 Support in establishing discipline deliverables, interface definition and coordination \xc2\xb7 Support in defining and performing monitoring, control and reporting of progress \xc2\xb7 Assist in preparation of technical documentation (data sheets, requisitions, bid evaluation, technical reports, equipment criticality rating, etc.) \xc2\xb7 Assist in reviewing of engineering documentation to assure engineering integration of equipment/packages \xc2\xb7 Assist to minimize waivers, or mitigate impact from waivers on schedule and cost \xc2\xb7 Support in conducting surveillance of activities e.g., kick-off meetings, progress monitoring and expediting, equipment testing. \xc2\xb7 Participate in site supervision of construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities \xc2\xb7 Assist in preparation, modification and review of documents and/or drawings \xc2\xb7 Participate in studies and reviews where required e.g., HAZOP, Model Reviews. Requirements \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. \xc2\xb7 At least 10 years of experience in mechanical equipment and packages in the oil, gas, or petrochemical (OGP) industry; preference will be given those with experience in the Offshore OGP sector. \xc2\xb7 Should have all-round understanding of equipment types, system/process engineering and area/layout engineering \xc2\xb7 Understands technical requirements of other disciplines/departments at interfaces. \xc2\xb7 Preference will be given those with experience in one or more of the following: o System and area design knowledge of multi-disciplinary packages o Equipment Core Design (key elements of a package, not the peripherals) experience with a company that supplies skid package equipment o Experience working with broad range of regulatory standards e.g., NCS, UKCS, Australian, Brazilian. \xc2\xb7 Familiar with oil & gas industry standards such as NORSOK will be an added advantage Job Type: Full-time Salary: $4,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
