Overall management, planning and organization of department activities to ensure smooth execution of projects in the Department
Attend company\xe2\x80\x99s or project meetings whenever required
Provide training program for the staff
Ensure staff welfare is taken care of
Ensure that manpower is effectively deployed to deliver the products timely.
Ensure that manpower is adequately trained and qualified to perform jobs and to meet future challenges
Submits progress report for all mechanical project work in the department
Evaluate and assess the work performance of staff
Resolve any technical problems or issues faced at the work site
Study and evaluate the work sequences and methods of the Department and explore new ideas to improve quality and productively
Ensure that jobs outsourced to sub-contractors are effectively supervised and the products are delivered timely and in accordance to the required specifications and quality
Ensure company\xe2\x80\x99s ISO policies and objectives are strictly adhered to by staff

Job Requirement:
Diploma/Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering
With at least 10 years of experiences in Marine or Oil & Gas Industry.
Excellent written and good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
