Job Description

Job Scope:1. Photography Services:

• Capture high-resolution photographs of school events, activities, and facilities.

• Provide candid and posed photography services for school functions.

• Edit and re-touch photographs to ensure high quality and professionalism.

• Deliver digital copies of edited photos in various formats (JPEG, PNG, etc.).

• Provide photography training to staff and students on a needs basis where required.

2. Video Services:

• Record videos of school events, lectures, presentations, and other activities.

• Capture high-quality footage with professional video equipment.

• Conduct interviews and testimonial video shoots when required.

• Edit and post-produce videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).

• Add text, graphics, and transitions as necessary for a polished final product.

• Deliver videos in different formats suitable for web and social media.

• Provide videography training to staff and students on a needs basis where required.

3. PA System Operation and Management

• Operate and manage the school\'s PA system where required, ensuring that it is functional and ready for use where necessary.

• Provide technical support during school events held in the hall and library, including setup, sound reinforcement, and simple troubleshooting.

• Coordinate with school staff to schedule and oversee the use of the PA system for special events, assemblies, and emergencies.

• Guide students in the use of the PA system in hall, General Office, library for special events, assemblies, and emergencies.

• Provide training to school staff and students on the basic operation and troubleshooting of the PA system for routine use.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro.
• Ability to work flexibly and accommodate school schedules for events and activities.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with staff and students.
• Photography and videography for corporates.
• Access to high-quality photography and videography equipment which school will provide.

Salary: TBALocation: CLEMENTIContract Period: 01 January 2025 to 31 December 2025Working Arrangement:

• Mondays to Fridays: 7.15am to 4.15pm inclusive of 1 hour lunch break

• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
