Media And Communications Manager Professional Skills & Qualification
- 12+ years of Consulting, IT Services, or Industry experience focusing on the telecommunications sector in one or more of the following domains - marketing transformation, sales transformation, or service transformation covering (but not limited to) -
o CX Design & Implementation
o Marketing operations
o E-commerce & CRM (understanding of architecture & capabilities)
o B2C & B2B sales and supporting processes
o Digital Factory/ Operating Model
o Exposure to B2B Sales force automation tools & capabilitiesEducational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Engineering (any type), Business Administration, or a related field
- Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or post-graduate degree in management (PGDM) from premier institutes preferred
- Shift system
- Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Night Shift (Preferred)
