Membership Development Senior Executive / Assistant Manager

Job Description


To develop and strengthen My Golf Kaki (MGK) value proposition, drive membership growth, and achieve revenue targets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research, analyse industry trends and identify opportunities to improve member experience at different points in their membership life cycle and increase reach for membership growth and diversification
  • Oversee the development, planning and organising of various MGK programs, events, and initiatives offered. This includes social golf events, competitions, workshops, and community engagement activities
  • Manage the development and operations of the MGK Golf Academy. Work with key stakeholders including as SGA and SPGA to improve academy curriculum and test criteria and procedures, and golf academies to fulfil learning demand.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, potential partners, and industry leaders to increase MGK value proposition, visibility, and reputation.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts with internal and external stakeholders. Work with Marketing, Public Relations and Membership Operations to promote and market MGK.
  • Manage budget planning, resource allocation and generate performance and financial reports for MGK activities
  • Assist with general enquiries and other duties as assigned by HOD/RO
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma, preferably in events, sports management or club membership
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity
  • Experience / knowledge of Golf will be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service skills and administrative skills
  • Experience in partnership, customer service and membership sales
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment independently and as a team
  • Able to work on weekend and public holidays when required
