Responsibilities:

Prepare construction shop drawing, details drawing, as-built drawing using Autocad & Revit Software
Check subcontractors' shop drawings (ACMV, Elec, P&S, ELV, AV, Data etc) for production of combined serviced drawing (CSD)
Check for any discrepancies and communicate with internal and external project members & consultants.
Ensure that clashes highlighted are resolved or concluded, if not continuous monitoring for resolutions to be provided by the project member
Perform and maintain proper documentation of clash detection reports.
Some knowledge of ID element is a plus and able to convert 2D MEP drawing into 3D model to resolve conflicts (where such workflow requires)
Attend to CSD meeting sessions together with MEP project manager

Qualification:

Relevant Cert, Diploma or Degree qualification
Min 5 years of experience in drawing coordination and BIM management
Well-versed in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM software in MEP.
Good team player with good English
Experiences in managing major high value A&A renovation, hotel and hospitality M&E works will be highly preferred
5.5 days a week.
Location: Central Singapore
