Job Responsibilities

Assist VDC manager on the creation and implementation of project BEP on all VDC and Revit-related matters.
Assist project team with preconstruction services, establish/implement VDC procedures and techniques to assure timely modelling/shop drawing approval.
Perform coordination checks/clash detection on the models and ensure proper documentation of all issues and resolutions are done correctly
Coordinate with Architectural Manager/Coordinator, MEP and Structural Coordinator/Engineer for issues/discrepancies found
Ensure that the issues highlighted are resolved, concluded and monitored for resolution provided by the project team
Keep Track of Project Metrics
Guide BIM modeller/officer on the aspect of Kimly BIM standard for Project and Tender stage and in families' creation
Guide BIM modeller/officer on understanding Tender/Contract drawing and on the principle of VDC
Manage project VDC department

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Structure or Mechanical / Specialist Diploma in BIM (BCAA) & Specialist Diploma in VDC (BCAA)
3 years' VDC experience in Construction Industry
Familiar with local Building Codes and submission requirements
Experienced in managing and developing staff
Good interpersonal communication skills
