Job Description
Responsibilities
Apply multidisciplinary design skills to resolve complex technical challenges, coordinating effectively with structural, civil, and architectural teams. Lead technical reviews and quality assurance processes for MEP components, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements. Apply deep knowledge of infrastructure delivery models including direct client engagements, alliances, and design-and-construct methods. Support business development activities, contribute to bids, and build internal networks to expand the Planning and Design team's influence.
Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic engineering or a related building services discipline. 10 to 15 years' experience in infrastructure project delivery, with a strong portfolio in aviation and complex precincts. Proven leadership in multidisciplinary project environments, including experience as Project Manager. Expertise in constructability, procurement strategies, and full lifecycle project management. * Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership capabilities.
