Job Description
:Our client is a leading provider of experience-based play facilities in Singapore who provides unique interactive play experiences to children. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Merchandising Executive to join their team.Job Responsibilities
- Tracking, managing and fulfilment of online orders
- Merchandise restocks/deliveries/event set ups & tear downs
- Work closely with customer service team to handle any complains/feedbacks - Product management on all online/offline channels - Storage, inventory and product management
- Monthly stock count and submission of total inventory report
- Backend product management - Tracking of stock movement & ensuring physical stores shelf occupancy - Visual merchandising on various channels/platforms - Forecasting of various needs within merchandising (e.g. sales, manpower, stock availability, etc) - Simple housekeeping (e.g. keeping office tidy, ensure merchandise area is neat and tidy, etc)
- Other duties as assigned
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in inventory management and backend product management systems
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous experience in a similar role within the retail or e-commerce industry preferred
- Work in office near City Hall
- Salary range $2800-$3200
