Requirements

• Degree with at least 2 - 4 years of experience in acquiring and managing merchants
• Experience with Lazada, Shopee and other Marketplace platforms is an advantage
• Proficient in Excel

Description

• Identify and acquire merchants to sell their products and services on Company\'s mobile app
• Ensure a smooth onboarding and post-onboarding processes with Merchants, including ecommerce set-up, activation and integration
• Collaborate with merchants to drive growth in terms of gross merchandise value and to ensure the success of the partnerships
• Actively manage and monitor online listings, and proactively address any listing issues impacting the business
• Ensure that all transactions are well monitored (sales, aftersales, claims)
• Verify all documentation received from Merchants, and ensure that new merchant sign-ups are compliant with Company requirements and guidelines
• Provide customer service to ecommerce customers, including answering customer queries and managing customer feedback and complaints
• Reconcile any refunds and rebates within agreed timeframes with relevant merchants
• Formulate and execute appropriate merchant retention strategies to minimize attrition, including providing quality service to all merchants
• Manage billing and payment queries and processes
• Planning and forecasting of sales
• Generation of reports for tracking and analysis
• Assist with the implementation of any online marketing projects/campaigns
