Job Description

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Manages the Distributor's Warehousing Facility , Flow of Goods and Delivery to Key Customers based on agreed standards.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Stocks Availability and Inventory Control

• Ensures that right SKU mix and right stocking levels thru timely replenishment
• Placement of confirmed and supplemental orders in coordination with the Operations Manager
• Coordinates with Finance Manager in conducting periodic inventory cout following the standard procedures and correct usage of forms.

Warehouse Operations & Infrastructure

• Ensures that the right warehouse operational systems and procedures are followed from order picking to staging to delivery of goods to customers
• Ensures that storage capacity covers the current business needs with appropriate expansion area in anticipation of future sales growth
• Continuously applies Good Warehousing Practice, enforces safety and security measures & maintains cleanliness in the warehouse premises at all times
• Regularly reviews logistical requirements and provides recommendations to the Operations Manager to achieve operational efficiencies

Customer Service

• Ensures that customer's orders are delivered on time with the right quantity based on the standards set

People Management

• Continuous review and coaching of team performance against objectives and key competencies
• Identify development needs and opportunities of his team and ensure appropriate actions are taken to address these
• Formal appraisal and assessment of team thru regular performance review

Others:

• Adheres to company policies and employee code of conduct
• Complies with all company safety, health, and environment policies and procedures including legal regulations and specific client safety, health, and environment regulations.
• Performs any function as maybe assigned by the immediate supervisor

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of a College course relevant with Supply Chain Management.
• Preferably Minimum of 4 years experience in supply chain function in a FMCG/ Distribution setting

Schedule:

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Supply Chain Manager: 4 years (Preferred)
• SAP Supply Chain Management: 4 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Preferred)
