About the role:

We are looking for seasoned Management Consultant, Corporate Finance or M&A personnel with experience working at a Corporate Finance, Professional Services or M&A advisory practice, at an investment bank, boutique advisory or professional services firm. You must be able to demonstrate you have run and executed multiple transactions successfully. There is a significant emphasis on entrepreneurial spirit, honesty, integrity and ability to generate substantial value on joining the company. Ideally, you should have experience with deal advisory and is able to help the Company realize the potential of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. We are looking for a candidate who can manage the entire deal continuum, from strategy formulation, deal origination, transaction support and finance raising, to post deal integration and exit. You must be able to present and communicate effectively, able to manage stress and multiple projects, and is flexible and good at multi-tasking. It will be ideal to have a demonstrable impact investing experience.

Responsibilities include:
  • Providing valuations and financial analysis through modelling, including the design, review and assessment of financial model
  • Able to individually leading transactions, including conducting pre-deal and confirmatory due diligence
  • Good project management skills, able to independently handle due diligence and advisors interactions
  • Creating management presentations, teasers, pitch books, etc.
  • Liaise with external counterparties (lawyers, financial advisors, accountants, etc.)
Required qualifications:
  • At least 8+ years of relevant work experience; preferably with experience working at a Corporate Finance, Professional Services or M&A advisory practice, at an investment bank, boutique advisory or professional services firm
  • An MBA, MPA, Masters in Economics or Public Policy or equivalent
  • Collaboration and Relationship Management \xe2\x80\x93 Given our flat structure, the candidate should be an accomplished team player capable of managing senior relationships inside and outside of the Company up to CEO level.
  • Able to demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset; or have operational experience working in or with growth-stage enterprises
  • Will have attention to details and very analytical; and is happy to roll sleeves up and demonstrate a hands[1]on works style.
  • Is able to demonstrate direct and indirect people & team management & leadership experience.
  • Strong financial modelling and power point skills to prepare business plans.
  • Able to present and communicate effectively, able to manage stress and multiple projects and is good at multi-tasking
  • Have the ability to comprehend business patterns and resolve problems
The Company is headquartered in Singapore but the role can be based remotely outside of Singapore, ideally in the Asia time zone. This is a contract role for 3 months.
