What will you do As part of the Global Value Chain organization, this role will enable individuals to develop key skills as a last mile Deliver function leader: problem-solving, change management and influencing skills, data-driven analytics, conflict management, and exposure to senior Value Chain management. This position requires interaction with management to provide business and external insights in a highly dynamic organization. Responsibilities include:
  • As a key leader of the Global Deliver Value Chain, the Digital Capability & Deployment Manager, this role will be uniquely positioned to work collaboratively with strategic regional partners across the business and technology, to passionately understand digital needs, operationalize our Deliver digital and capability roadmap within the region, and drive processes that effectively deliver efficiency across functions, enabling outcomes that matter in our local markets
  • Empower our technology and business partners by delivering streamlined and modern processes that allow focus on differentiated high-value-added tasks that will be foundational in achieving our digital-first ambitions
  • The candidate will grow and lead a cross-functional team of full-time direct reports and dotted line resources
  • Assume ownership of integrated strategy across domains within the region and portfolio prioritization, by shaping and evolving the global Deliver strategy to ensure alignment with the digital first strategy, regional objectives and key results (OKRs)
  • Understand business needs and opportunities within the business for Digital solutions by identifying common themes and use cases across regions within the same domain via a community of practice to pull through and unlock broader value and potential
  • Create high-value solutions to business needs by working with business functions to analyze user requirements, compliance needs, procedures, and blockers to automation and/or improve existing process and systems
  • Promote reusability and minimize redundancy across product portfolio by ensuring leveragability and re-useability of solutions where applicable to common challenges and opportunities across regions and functions
  • Oversee technical product ownership and business analysis on multiple product teams by managing a team of Product Owners, responsible for individual functions in an agile environment, ensuring each function\xe2\x80\x99s product opportunities and end use-cases come to fruition
  • Deliver and accelerate value realization by defining and tracking KPIs to capture value realization for strategic initiatives
  • Provide coaching and Product feedback by conducting product reviews, giving actionable feedback, and mentoring junior team members.
  • Coach product teams toward best practices and learning by overseeing product teams\' support of the messaging, communication, and stakeholder outreach as necessary


Qualifications

What we are looking for
  • Required Qualifications
    • Minimum of a BA/BS degree A minimum bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a Science or business related field
    • 8 years of experience with practical knowledge in supply chain, business, and process improvement.
  • Desired Qualifications
    • Understanding of major trends, dynamics, and competitive landscape in the Consumer Health industry
    • Proven intellectual curiosity, learning agility, and ability to adapt quickly to changes
    • Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills
    • Ability to work on problems/projects of diverse complexity and scope
    • Demonstrated ability to partner and communicate effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders at all levels of the organization
    • Knowledge of the Business technology team and objectives
    • Data visualization and reporting certifications
    • Prior experience in the Consumer industry is highly preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools and have an intermediate to advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
