Responsibilities

: " : Support management to drive significant risk and control transformation and innovation to strengthen Premier Banking Asia (PBA) control environment Support initiatives to drive for a deep sense of risk awareness within the PBA sales leaders in order to achieve strong control culture within the PBA business Continually stay abreast of the developments within the offshore business and drive relevant and up to date processes to help the business grow and navigate through the fast-changing compliance requirements Test and identify control weakness within the business, mitigate risk through process change and effective surveillance Responsible to examine, assess and execute risk/control management initiatives within PBA business Support team lead to act as point of contact for PBA to collaborate on changes to regulatory policies as well as providing oversight for business self-monitoring Qualifications Have at least ************* years banking experience mainly in the Risk & Control function Experience in FAA governance, conduct surveillance and audit matters governing consumer banking business is an added advantage Be able to produce relevant presentations and quality documentations and reporting relating to regulatory and strategic deliverables Be able to support the team lead to drive and lead business initiatives / projects by working with key stakeholders of all levels and to provide guidance to junior staff in the team Able to work independently, have an enquiring mind and able to recommend ideas and solutions for effective risk control practices Interpersonal skills and be able to work well with business partners and stakeholders Demonstrate good organizational skills .LI-JK ", "identifier":{ "@type": "PropertyValue", "name":"Oversea-chinese Banking Corporation Limited", "value": "*******" }, "datePosted": "*************-30", "validThrough": "*************-29", "url": "********************", "employmentType" : "FULL_TIME",
