Maintain and update the department\xe2\x80\x99s central investment and cash flow database
Prepare analysis of department\xe2\x80\x99s financial and investment performance for management reporting monthly
Prepare internal and external reports for regular submission
Coordinate with the investment team on matters relating to funding, booking, valuation and accounting of new investments
Coordinate with the investment team to monitor and notify investees of key compliance events/dates, financial covenants and undertakings
Responsible for corporate secretariat matters relating to investment vehicles, including the preparation of resolutions, updating of authorized signatures, renewal of power of attorney, opening of banking and securities accounts, etc.
Liaise with external and internal auditors during audit exercises
Assist in the annual operating plan (OP) exercise
This role reports to the Head Portfolio Admin

Able to think logically, independently in a structured manner, strong problem-solving skills
Highly detail-oriented, meticulous and well-organised
Strong aptitude for numbers and comfortable handling large volumes of data
Intellectually curious, keen to learn new things and able to comprehend broad and complex concepts
Good interpersonal skills to engage internal and external stakeholders
Good written and oral communication skills to articulate points clearly and succinctly
Strong work ethic and self-driven
Familiar with financial performance analysis, markets, and be a dependable source to external and internal stakeholders
Good Excel, database and PowerPoint skills
Good academic track record, preferably in Accounting & Finance
Minimum 5 years working experience in fund administration, investor-facing roles in investment banking and/or private equity fund placement
Ability to speak/read/write in Mandarin is preferred as the role is required to cover Greater China
