Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Project Management:

• Plan and coordinate the execution of the microbiology work package.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to project timelines.
• Manage resources effectively, including lab personnel and equipment.
• Monitor project progress and report to client\'s stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Team Leadership:

• Lead and supervise the team of lab analysts.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship.
• Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Scientific Oversight:

• Review and approve test results and reports.
• Ensure adherence to client\'s SOPs, test methods, and quality standards.
• Investigate Out-of-Specification results and implement CAPAs.
• Stay updated on relevant scientific advancements and regulatory requirements.
• Communication and Collaboration:

• Act as the primary point of contact for client\'s stakeholders.
• Communicate project updates and results effectively.
• Collaborate with other teams within client and Akkodis global team.
• Participate in scientific discussions and presentations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Microbiology, Biology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a microbiology laboratory setting.
• Prior experience in project management or team leadership preferred.
• Strong understanding of microbiological techniques and principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to problem-solve and make decisions.
