Job Description

We are collaborating with a design-focused studio celebrated for its innovative, high-quality interiors across hospitality and luxury residential projects. Known for its playful yet refined approach, the studio is seeking a Mid-Weight Interior Designer to join its Singapore team.
This role is ideal for a designer with 3-6 years of professional experience who is eager to contribute to both conceptual development and detailed execution. You will work on a mix of hospitality and high-end residential projects, translating design ideas into compelling, well-crafted environments while collaborating closely with senior designers and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of hospitality and high-end residential interiors
- Prepare concept designs, mood boards, and presentations that reflect creative storytelling and spatial experiences
- Produce detailed drawings, layouts, and technical documentation packages
- Source and specify FF&E, materials, and finishes aligned with project vision
- Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and contractors to support smooth project delivery
- Participate in client presentations and design reviews, articulating design intent clearly
- Conduct site visits to monitor quality, resolve design issues, and ensure design intent is upheld
- Collaborate with senior designers, contributing ideas and supporting an open, creative studio culture
Key Requirements
- 3-6 years of professional interior design experience, preferably in hospitality or high-end residential projects
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, conceptual thinking, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; Revit knowledge is a plus
- Understanding of FF&E processes, materiality, and spatial planning
- Strong communication, coordination, and client-facing skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting collaborative project teams
- Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only
