Job Function Back/Middle Office * Industry Finance(Banking) * Our Client is a Japanese bank that is expanding its business in Singapore and they are looking for an Operator who can handle MAS reports and MAS n Job Function Back/Middle Office Industry Finance(Banking) Our Client is a Japanese bank that is expanding its business in Singapore and they are looking for an Operator who can handle MAS reports and MAS notices. They have 7 members in the department and this person will report to a manager. What you will be doing - Responding to revisions of various laws and regulations such as MAS Notice - Formulation and revision of various policies - Formulate MAS reports (another staff is assigned exclusively to this task) - Support for accounting procedures (another staff is assigned exclusively to this task) Requirement What they are looking for - Possess Diploma in any field - Experience in dealing with MAS Notice and other regulations at a bank - Preferably be able to speak Japanese to liaise with internal/external Japanese native counterparts (JLPT N3) - Comfortable with startup and Japanese company environment Working Hour 9:00 17:00 Benefit What they are offering - AWS - Variable Bonus (Depend on Company and Individual performance) - Annual Leave 14 days (Maximum up to 25 days) - Medical Insurance - Medical Benefit(Covers up to 40SGD per every consulting) - Transportation Allowance
