The

Midnight Shift Operations Manager

is the on-site leader responsible for driving organizational performance, maintaining operational integrity, and ensuring the business runs at full strength through the night.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee and direct all business operations

during the midnight shift, ensuring smooth and efficient execution across all departments.

Act as the senior authority on-site

Monitor and manage performance metrics

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

7+ years of experience in general management or operations leadership

, including at least

3 years managing 24/7 or night-shift operations

. Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and managing end-to-end business operations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to perform under pressure. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities to build trust and inspire teams. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, performance management, and operational efficiency. Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, and employee relations.
