Key Responsibilities:
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities during the midnight shift.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, particularly with international stakeholders.
Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) and respond to inbound leads in real time.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to customize solutions for potential clients.
Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups and reporting.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new market segments.
Support RFP/RFQ processes and assist in closing deals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in BPO, IT, SaaS, logistics, or global services.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Comfortable working independently and handling client conversations during overnight hours.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
