Key Responsibilities
Schedule, assign, and track delivery jobs for drivers
Supervise drivers and provide clear operational guidance
Communicate with customers to resolve issues promptly
Report incidents, damages, or delivery discrepancies
Coordinate vehicle and equipment usage, including maintenance scheduling
Support import/export collection and delivery timelines
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in traffic control, logistics, or transport coordination
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Comfortable with midnight shift work
Familiarity with import/export coordination will be an advantage
