What You Will Need:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of proven track record in media planning, buying, and strategy within the Beauty category.
• Expertise in influencer strategies, full-funnel planning, and retail media.
• Strong strategic thinking, presentation, and communication skills.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
• Deep industry knowledge and a network of media contacts in the Beauty sector.
