1. Engineer for Mobile Engineering Services (MES) in Singapore

2. Responsible for MES Singapore activities

3. Client deliveries providing them with the best of solutions

4. Work in close with account team to ensure value services are delivered in Engineering

5. Responsible for MES work order planning

6. Provides regular updates of the MES team support allocation and utilization to the management.

7. Performs engineering site due diligence and gap analysis for new and existing JLL accounts.

8. Render support on for incident reviews and root cause analysis.

9. Support multiple sites electrical shutdown planning and execution.

10. Provide assistance and consultation advice for accounts regarding engineering matters.

11. Provide self-performed M&E and facility maintenance services to internal clients.

12. Seek to continuously improve processes, systems, and overall client satisfaction.

13. Vendor engagement for M&E maintenance RFQ with recommendation

14. Provides comprehensive facility, critical environment management and technical services to the client, with a focus on continuous improvement.

15. Involves in preventive maintenance programs on site with highest standards and ensure energy conservation practices.

16. Review regularly the maintenance practices and work scripts of M&E Contractors to deliver quality work practices in line with the manufacturer recommendations and policies.

17. Ensure that the works done by vendors are executed in accordance with the safe work method of statement.

18. Supervise contractors to ensure that the risk assessment is being followed and zero non compliances.

19. Ensure the implementation and management of Risk and Safety work practices to reduce any interruption to operations.

20. Conducts regular facility inspections to ensure that all the M&E equipment are in normal working condition to avoid any disruption to client operation and ensuring the safety of the workplace.

21. Ad hoc duties from time to time to support the JLL account team.
