Perform set-up and preventive maintenance of plastic injection machine (Hydraulic and Electric Type) and auxiliary equipment such as hot runner, mold temperature controller, pick up robot, and dehumidifying dryer.
Able to perform periodic cleaning for screw and replacement of machine parts.
Maintain a safe work environment in keeping with 7S
Performs a variety of cleaning and general maintenance tasks as necessary.
Follow the work assignment given by a his/her superior
Attend training in able to acquire the knowledge in facility equipment.
Performs other work related duties as assigned.
Must be able to work flexible hours.

Education:

Relevant technical certificate or acceptable equivalent with combination of education and experience.

Experience:

At least 2 years & up of experienced in maintennace of plastic injection machine and other auxiliary equipment.
Knowledgeable and with experience in set-up and troubleshooting of machine accessories such as MTC, Hot Runner, Hopper dryer, and valve controller.
Knowledgeable in Jig repair and preventive maintenance.
Able to operate or use the testing instrument.
Computer literate such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
