Job Description


Mortgage Service Officer Job description:

  • Ensure home loans applications/documentations fulfil the required processes/guidelines with good turnaround time.
  • Follow through and close cases actively after Letter of Offer is generated.
  • Conduct sampling check on Risk Control Self-Assessment / Control Self-Assessment requirements to ensure adherence to internal/external guidelines.
  • Rectify all loans defects to ensure that new loan can be disbursed on time.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to simplify end-to-end processes to achieve faster turnaround and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure office premises and equipment are well maintained and are in working conditions.
Qualifications
Requirements:
  • Responsible, meticulous, driven, confident, self- motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Has strong interpersonal skill, written and verbal communication and sharp analytical skills
  • Preferably with more than 2-3 years of experience either in home-loans related roles or in customer engagement roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint preferred
