SECONDARY TECHNICAL ABILITIES:
1. Knowledge on Infrastructure Solutions (Servers, Storage ...)
2. Knowledge i n ITIL framework
3. WAN Compression and Optimization appliances Riverbed
4. Telephony & Voice i nfrastructure administration (mainly Cisco)BEHAVIOR ABILITIES:
1. 3-7 years experience i n i nfrastructure, with 3-5 years as Network Administrator
2. Strong Knowledge of Cisco network products, Palo Alto, Riverbed
3. Self motivated, eager to l earn i n the IT profession
4. Team player must be able to work with people within and outside of the IT department.
5. Customer service oriented
6. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
7. English speaking mandatory (French reading would be appreciated)
8. Ability to analyze and synthesize situations and understand the business constraints
9. Willing to do some traveling

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Maintain under operational conditions the current and new network i nfrastructure and security solutions i n respect of the Support processes
2. Build, deploy and administer/manage the current and new network i nfrastructure (including WAN, LAN, WLAN and network services l ike NLB . ..) and security solutions
3. Senior l evel of operational support on:
- Troubleshooting, i ncidents and problem management,
- Reporting and communication on activity, quality and performance of the network platforms and security solutions
- Ensure appropriate documentation, i ncluding procedures for supports.
4. Assist new i mplementations of all Network and Security Infrastructure components
5. Pro-active i n ensuring stability, response time, operational consistency and l ife cycle over the network platforms and security solutions
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Contribute to search and qualification to new solutions
2. Provide recommendations to highest l evel of expertise teamsQualifications
PRIMARY TECHNICAL ABILITIES:
1. Preferably CCNP Level
2. Administration and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN/WLAN networks
Routing protocols configuration and troubleshooting (BGP, RIP, OSPF, EIGRP ...)
LAN technologies administration and troubleshooting (VRRP, VSS, STP ...)
QoS mechanisms
Wifi controllers and access points administration
Load Balancer (NetScaler)
3. Security Administration with Palo Alto and Fortinet Firewalls, Pulse remote access, Reverse Proxy
Preferably Palo Alto certified
