Job Description

:

• Responsible for Office Site-to-Site VPN, SD-WAN network maintenance management.
• Establish network-related operation management systems and establish backup processing procedures, automate management operations and process improvements, and maintain various network management-related documents.
• Computer room expansion construction project, safety improvement project, supervision, and acceptance of equipment construction project, function test, and acceptance document output.
• Handle maintenance vendor management and contract signing matters, plan and execute the annual budget of the network project, communicate and coordinate with the project's internal and external related work.
• Network equipment and traffic monitoring, daily inspection of equipment status, the establishment of service alarm analysis, and obstacle removal.
• Cooperate with information security equipment policy planning and adjustment of related settings, and handle routine network drills.
• Other matters are assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Dip/Deg with 5 years of relevant experience
• Possess problem analysis ability, can effectively communicate with users, understand user problems, solve network communication problems, and set network connections for computer peripheral hardware systems.
• Familiar with the Internet TCP/IP communication protocol, network equipment installation, planning, configuration, management, and maintenance, handling internal network-related needs, global network system planning, and construction, and drawing up related implementation plans.
